3 Ways to Enjoy Holiday 30’s

Merry Christmas! I hope you are enjoying and relishing the holiday season. Here are 3 ways to take 30 minutes to intensify your holiday celebration.

1. Take 30 minutes to sit in front of your Christmas tree or fireplace. Don’t read. Don’t think. Don’t plan the next week or the next year. Just be in the moment. Relax. Treasure the time. Treasure the season.

2. Take 30 minutes to call an old friend you have not talked to in a long time. Share 30 minutes of your holiday with someone who means something to you — and say so!

3. Take 30 minutes to spend with a child. Christmas through the eyes of children is always a delight! Shake off all your adulthood and enjoy being a child for 30 minutes — how long has it been since you built a castle of blocks or flew a paper airplane?

Enjoy! Treasure the day! Enjoy the moments! And have the merriest Christmas ever!

Wishing you a Christmas of laughter and joy!

Treasure the time, treasure the season_ Be in the moment! That’s a great mantra for us all… and now…the past is rapidly falling away,.. the future is hurtling toward us at a frightening pace, but me??
I’m gonna take at least 30 minutes 2 B in this moment and I will
    savor each minute! :)
